Super Lite
Astam's Super Lite has been especially developed as a alternative products of a conventional swing check which does not require fully open condition for the piping that swing check valves are installed and not require to be fully opened. Since it is light weight and compact size in comparison with conventional type, so it can save maintenance and processing cost.
Charactristics of Super Lite
- Simple design :
Super lite is constructed of only five pieces. O-ring made of general purpose material such as NBR, FPM, PTFE is attached into a seat ditch of the body. Those O-rings are replaceable. - Light weight :
Our Super Lite is an ideal compact check valve. Since this is wafer type, it is installed by inserted between the companion flanges and tightened by bolts. - Easy installation :
It is easy to install thanks to a short face to face. Since the outside diameter of Super Lite is equal to the inscribed circle of installation bolts, the installation work is efficient and economical. Any specific installation support is unneccessary.

Cautions for installation
・Please make sure to install the valve in a horizontal condition. Then L-bolts of the valve should be in a vertical to ground and upward condition.
・Please use welding flanges of JIS10K for the exit side flange.
